Unless otherwise noted, all programs take place at Lifelong and require membership.
With the 6/3 Conservative/Liberal split on the current Supreme Court we are likely to see contentious decisions rendered in a host of areas. In this session we will look at how the justices have reshaped issues according to their interpretation of the Constitution. There are sure to be major cases for which decisions have not yet been rendered and we will speculate where those decisions may fall at the end of the term in June.

Tom enjoyed a 40-year teaching career at a variety of schools in New York and Connecticut. Specializing in history and economics, he also ventured into English, psychology, law, math, and school administration. Tom is a former President of the Board and has taught at Lifelong since 2011
