Happy New Year from Lifelong! 2022 is heralding the reappearance of social groups and health and wellness activities we haven’t seen since 2019, and also a new one has made a successful debut. Check them out – some are hybrid and some are in-person.

Enhance Your Fitness with Sheila Squier is now offered in-person at Lifelong on Monday mornings 8:30 – 9:30, along with the Wednesday, 10:30 – 11:30, and Friday, 8:30 – 9:30 classes

Chair Yoga with Caryn Sheckler is in-person again at Jacksonville Methodist Church, Tuesdays, 11:30 – 12:30 and at Lifelong on Thursdays, 10 – 11:00

The Writing Social Group will begin again but this time in a hybrid form – in-person and Zoom – starting Monday, February 4, 1 – 3:00. Come and work on your magnum opus or just the little item that you’d like to tweak or bring to life.

Getting it Done! Social Group started successfully on Wednesday, January 12 and will continue to meet Wednesdays, at Lifelong from 1 – 2:30(ish). This is a group that gets together to give each other support to accomplish tasks that seem to linger forever on the edge of our consciousness.
