Lifelong is a hub for social interaction. Social groups are created for people with common interests to get together. We have many social groups that have been meeting for years and new ones are always forming. Our ongoing groups include the Men’s Social Group, Scrabble Night, Bridge, two Book Clubs, Getting it Done, Living Conversation, and the Writing Group.

May 11 marks the beginning of the Women’s Social group. Here’s how Dolores Dewbury, the person who proposed this group describes it:

Women’s Social Group
[not therapy – just fun!]

Feeling down? Crave conversation? Want to meet people again? A pandemic will do that to you! Join us for a chat, have a laugh, talk about stuff and just enjoy life. A great opportunity to socialize with like-minded women.

This new group will meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday, 1 – 2:30, beginning May 11.
As with all social groups that meet during Lifelong business hours, there is a $2 drop-in fee.

Lifelong membership is required but pre-registration is not.  Hope to see you there!

And if you have a idea for a group – let us know!
