Breathe and Flow Gentle Yoga – Library Place

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely

$5 drop-in or $35 unlimited health & wellness per month

In this class, we will move intentionally through a sequence of postures supported by rhythmic breathing while building flexibility, strength, and balance. As we explore standing and seated postures, using chairs or working on the floor are wonderful options. Yoga invites you into an increased sense of well-being, vitality, and connection.

Instructor: Erica Shockley

Being present through curiosity and compassion is what calls Erica to her yoga practice. As a 500hr registered yoga teacher with training in vinyasa flow, meditation, pranayama, and restorative yoga, she enjoys supporting individuals and groups as they learn about the 8-limb yoga path and discern how it supports their everyday life.
