An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Friday, repeating until June 24, 2022


Using precise, fluid movement, dissolve tension, increase your strength, cardiovascular fitness, and overall sense of wellness, with a focus on learning the series of movements that comprise the Tai Chi form.  $5 drop in or for members only – $30/month unlimited Health and Wellness
