Four hundred years ago, in 1623, there was published in London an impressively large volume entitled ”Mr. William Shakespeare’s Comedies, Histories, & Tragedies. This course will explore questions surrounding this famous artifact, commonly referred to as the “First Folio”. (Class minimum 3, maximum 20)
Instructor: Barry Adams
Barry is a Professor of English Emeritus at Cornell. Since retirement he has taught a variety of courses at Lifelong, on Shakespeare, opera, the English language and the King James Bible.
