Brooktondale Fire Hall - $5 drop in, membership not required but members eligible to pay $35/month for unlimited H&W activities. Classes focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, low-impact aerobics, strength training, and deep breathing exercises. Instructor: Karen Koyanagi

CLASS FULL Carl Jung proposed the theory of psychological functions of which there are four primary ones - thinking, feeling, sensation, and intuition.
