An introduction to Medicare, the federally administered health insurance program for people 65 and older, and disabled persons under 65. Learn how to receive benefits, how Medicare works with other health insurances, and financial-assistance options that may be available. Brooktondale Fire Hall - $5 drop in, membership not required but members eligible to pay $35/month for unlimited H&W activities. Classes focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, low-impact aerobics, strength training, and deep breathing exercises. Instructor: Karen Koyanagi

CLASS FULL Carl Jung proposed the theory of psychological functions of which there are four primary ones - thinking, feeling, sensation, and intuition.
