This course will present the most up-to-date information about what we know and what we don’t know about nutrition’s role in promoting good health. Topics will include but are not limited to digestion, B vitamins, weight control, diet and cancer, osteoporosis, diabetes & hypertension, the optimal diet for longest and healthiest life, and what nutritional and health products are worthless. Participants are encouraged to bring questions for discussion

David, (PhD. Experimental Psychology, Rutgers) is Professor Emeritus, Division of Nutritional Sciences & Department of Psychology at Cornell. He was the Scientific Advisor to the Culinary Institute of America, and taught in the Division of Nutritional Sciences for almost 50 years.
