Join students from Ithaca College’s Health & Aging Class as you work on your breathing and learn different methods of meditation. Can be attended on Zoom. Facilitator: Mary Ann Erickson
Mary Ann Erickson is Professor of Health Sciences and Public Health at Ithaca College, where she has been teaching about aging for 23 years. She has a PhD in Human Development from Cornell, and several certifications for teaching mindfulness meditation.
