Understanding Estate Planning

Participants will gain basic knowledge related to the law and preparation of Wills & Trusts. The program will include a discussion of the current federal and NYS estate tax laws, the impact of income taxes on estate administration, strategies to minimize expenses, planning for potential future healthcare costs, and tools that may help shelter assets while maintaining qualification for government benefits.
